04 · Booking terms

Four clauses you accept before you confirm

These terms apply to every appointment booked through this page at the studio on 12 Sahaidachnoho St, Kyiv.

01Deposit
A 200 UAH deposit secures the chair and is credited in full to your bill on the day. It is part of the service price, not an extra charge, and the studio adds no mandatory fee at the chair.
02Cancellation
Cancel or move the appointment at least 12 hours before the start time and the deposit is refunded in full. Inside 12 hours the deposit is retained, unless you rebook within 14 days, when it moves to the new slot.
03Late arrival
The chair is held for 10 minutes past your slot. After that the service is shortened to protect the next client, while the agreed price still applies. More than 20 minutes late counts as a no-show.
04No-show
If you neither arrive nor cancel, the deposit is kept. After a second no-show online booking closes for that number; you can still request a slot by phone at +380 501 472 2970.

All prices are stated in Ukrainian hryvnia (UAH) and include taxes. No mandatory fees are added at the studio. Terms are issued by ukrainenewsw.com, EDRPOU 18768446.
