Every appointment begins with a structured conversation of five to ten minutes. The barber reads your hair type, growth pattern and daily routine, then writes down the plan the two of you agree on.

Your barber will name one product that suits your hair type and one worth skipping. That recommendation is part of every appointment, written down only if you ask.

Four rules cover the deposit, cancellations, late arrivals and no-shows. All prices are in UAH and include taxes; no mandatory fees are added at the studio.
A 200 UAH deposit is taken when you book and credited in full to your final bill.
Cancel or move your appointment at least 12 hours before the start time and the deposit is refunded in full. Later cancellations keep the deposit.
Arrive within 10 minutes of your slot. After that the service is shortened to protect the next client's time, and the full price still applies.
If you neither arrive nor call, the deposit is retained and any new appointment requires a new deposit.
