ukrainenewsw.com is operated by ukrainenewsw.com, PE, 12 Sahaidachnoho St, Kyiv, 04070, Ukraine, EDRPOU 18768446. Single tax payer; VAT not applicable. Published under Art. 4 of the Law of Ukraine No. 675-VIII 'On Electronic Commerce' dated 03.09.2015.
2. Services and prices
Services and prices are shown on this site before you order. All prices are in UAH, taxes included. Pre-contract information is provided under the Law of Ukraine No. 1023-XII 'On Consumer Protection' dated 12.05.1991.
3. Bookings and cancellation
A booking is confirmed only after our written confirmation. Deposits are shown at booking and deducted from the final price. Arrivals over 15 minutes late, cancellations within 24 hours and no-shows may mean a shortened service or a retained deposit.
4. Complaints and consumer rights
Write to contact@ukrainenewsw.com or call +380 501 472 2970. If unresolved, you may apply to the State Service of Ukraine for Food Safety and Consumer Protection or to a court, per the Law of Ukraine No. 1023-XII 'On Consumer Protection' dated 12.05.1991.

Personal data from booking forms is processed under the Law of Ukraine No. 2297-VI 'On Personal Data Protection' dated 01.06.2010. Cookies and analytics are covered by that law and by the Law of Ukraine No. 1089-IX 'On Electronic Communications' dated 16.12.2020.
6. Advertising
Promotions are identifiable as advertising and not misleading, per the Law of Ukraine No. 270/96-VR 'On Advertising' dated 03.07.1996.
